GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:

The Total Rewards Analyst provides essential analytical, administrative, and project support to Loram’s Total Rewards team. Working closely with the Sr. Compensation Analyst and Sr. Benefits Analyst, this role ensures effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs, supports process improvements, and helps maintain data integrity. The analyst collaborates across the HR function to provide a positive employee experience and support Loram’s commitment to competitive, compliant, and engaging total rewards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Compensation Support & Analysis (40%)
    • Provide analytical and administrative support to the Sr. Compensation Analyst for salary surveys, market benchmarking, merit cycles, and incentive programs.
    • Assist with data gathering, validation, and reporting for compensation program reviews and proposals.
    • Support audits of compensation data in HRIS, flagging discrepancies and assisting with corrections.
  • Benefits Administration Support (30%)
    • Partner with the Sr. Benefits Analyst to help administer health, welfare, retirement, and paid time off programs.
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment and day-to-day benefit changes, responding to employee inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
    • Assist in evaluating benefit offerings and vendor relationships, gathering utilization data and feedback for process improvements.
  • Project Support, Data Analysis & Process Improvement (20%)
    • Support special projects and initiatives led by the Sr. Compensation Analyst, Sr. Benefits Analyst, or Director of Total Rewards.
    • Conduct basic data analysis to inform compensation and benefits recommendations and identify trends.
    • Recommend and assist with process improvements, collaborating with Sr. Analysts and the HRIS team.
    • Maintain and update documentation for procedures and process enhancements.
  • Employee & Stakeholder Support (10%)
    • Act as a resource for HR Operations and employees by responding to tier II questions on compensation and benefits.
    • Support new hire benefits orientations and provide employees with information and guidance as directed by Sr. Analysts.
    • Assist in the communication and roll-out of total rewards program updates, collaborating with other HR team members as needed.

Percentages represent the approximate allocation of time and focus but may shift based on business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, including previous total rewards experience.
  • 1+ years HR system experience; Dayforce experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data validation and basic cost modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build credibility and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Quick to learn new technologies and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • CCP or CEBS or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
  • Project Management Certification

Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation. 

Starting pay for the position is between $68,991.64 – $103.487.46
