Loram is a global leader in track maintenance technology, machinery, and services. As a pioneer in the rail maintenance industry, we’re expanding and looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane HQ. This is a permanent full-time office-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to various departments where required, including, diary management, expense reconciliations, scheduling appointments, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• Organise and execute company events such as the annual gala dinner, employee forums, roadshows, and other events as required.
• Assist with generating reports, creating presentations, conducting research, and drafting correspondence.
• Manage the facilities of the Loram head office, liaising with property managers to maintain high office standards.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with Loram branding and corporate reputation across multiple platforms.
• Order equipment and supplies for the team, seek approval for purchases, and coordinate delivery as necessary.
• Provide low-volume front-line phone coverage on behalf of the Brisbane office.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Create media designs in Canva for social events, marketing and social media posts.
